Terms of Sale

CONTRACT

You will be required to digitally sign our online contract after paying a deposit. Please take the time to read it now. It will be emailed to you and must be signed. A copy of the contract is available for viewing by clicking here.

REGISTRATION

All of our adult hounds are triple AKC, CKC & APRI registered.

*UPDATE: No registration papers will accompany puppies. No exceptions. Why, you ask? Selling is the most stressful part of breeding, at least for me. I am contacted by a lot of people that are dishonest about their intentions for my puppies. With some trial and error, I've come to learn that I get less of these people contacting me if there's no registration papers involved. All of my puppies are sold as pets and are required to be spayed or neutered at a later time. If you do not agree with my policies, I am not the breeder for you. Sending me hate messages only assures me that I am in deed doing the right thing.

PRICE

Our puppies are $800 ($100 deposit, $700 on pickup.) No puppies are sold as breeders at this time. You will be denied if you contact me after you have a puppy and ask for breeding rights.

DEPOSIT

We make our puppies available for their new homes no earlier than 9 weeks of age. (Depends on the pups and my schedule.) A $100 deposit is required. Your deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy. If something happens to your chosen puppy (dies or becomes injured) while in my care, you will have the option of another puppy, or your deposit will be refunded. Deposit refunds will only be given if the puppy is found to be unhealthy, is injured, dies, or is stolen. If you change your mind, find one closer or cheaper, your deposit will not be refunded.

• Only PayPal is accepted for deposits. You do not have to have a PayPal account to send a payment through PayPal.

• Cash only on pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS! I don't want to have to track down a puppy and repossess it because of a bounced check!

• We will not accept anything other than cash for final payment, due on the day of pick up. You cannot PayPal or mail me the full amount.

• Please make sure to bring the correct amount. I cannot make change! And if you show up $50 or $100 short, you will not leave with a puppy. (Yes, I've learned my lesson with that excuse!)

• Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal.

• eChecks are accepted through PayPal.

• Instant bank transfers are accepted through PayPal.

• Debit cards are accepted through PayPal.

PICKUP

If the puppy is old enough to leave when you place a deposit, you will have 1 week to pick up the puppy. If the puppy is not old enough to leave when you place a deposit, you will have 1 week after the "ready to leave on" date to pick up the puppy.

SHIPPING

We do not ship our puppies. We do not deliver or meet half way. Puppies are picked up at my home.

VISITATION

We will not accept visitors to our home before the puppies have had 2 sets of vaccinations. This is done for the protection of the puppies. Visitors may track in germs on their clothes and shoes like Parvo, which is a highly contagious and very deadly virus. The most common way puppies get Parvo, is from people bringing the germs to them on their clothes and shoes. Even if you have not been around other puppies, the germs can still be picked up from contaminated side walks and grass and then tracked in on your clothes or the soles of your shoes. Parvo can live on the ground for years. You will notice that many other breeders that are careful, will implement this same policy. I am sure you will appreciate this policy if you are purchasing a puppy from us!

SIDE NOTE

Until the new owner has taken possession of the agreed upon puppy, the puppy is my property, and I will care for it as I see fit.
